Return Policy

KST Truck Outfitters has a limited return policy. If the product is still new in the box and not used, it may be returned up to 30 days after purchase with a 20% restocking fee.

Any custom, ladder rack or flatbed purchase is non-refundable or returnable. They will have a 20% deposit required at the time of order and payment is due in full at the time of pick up or delivery.

No returns on any product that is sold used or as a blem. These are all sold as is and products will be advertised this way.

KST Truck Outfitters prides itself in customer service. If at any time there is an issue or special circumstance with a stock item, we will do the best we can to help the customer on a case-by-case basis.
